I feel so blessed that, as school librarian, I get to spend my days surrounded by children and books, two of my most favorite things.
One of my favorite Bible texts is 2 Kings 6:16-17, when Elisha shows his servant how the Lord fights for us: " 'Don't be afraid,' [Elisha] answered. 'Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.' ... Then the LORD opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha."
